Good identity and access management (IAM) is a critically important practice for all IT organizations. Effective IAM, however, takes personnel and technical resources. Small schools face a compounding challenge: years of accumulated identity debt that includes manual processes, orphaned accounts, and deferred maintenance that must be addressed alongside building new capabilities. Accomplishing goals at a small and/or resource-constrained institution poses unique challenges. Join small college leaders to discuss strategies for effective identify and access management at resource-constrained institutions.
