Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping higher education, but successful implementation depends on more than selecting the right technology. Institutions must also prepare faculty, staff, and leaders to adopt new ways of working. This poster introduces the Prosci ADKAR® Model—a research-based framework for guiding individuals through change—and demonstrates how it can help higher education institutions increase AI adoption while reducing resistance.
