Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) often face significant barriers to access the cyber infrastructure (CI) essential for modern data-intensive research ranging from physical lab resources and connectivity to specialized professional development. This session will explore the MS-CC and its vision of transformational collaboration to promote advanced CI and advanced technologies for learning, research, and enterprise technology capabilities at historically under-resourced HBCUs, TCUs, HSIs, and MSIs. We will detail a researcher-centered approach that creates a centralized hub for institutional sharing of expertise and advocating for needs. Participants will discover how community-driven workshops, student hackathons, and innovative virtual training labs are democratizing access to high-performance computing and advancing research capacity across diverse campus environments.
