Building the AI Campus: Scaling Full-Stack Agentic Services at Fresno State

Fresno State is advancing from isolated GenAI chatbot deployments to a unified, enterprise-grade AI campus infrastructure. Through Bulldog Genie, we have developed and scaled a full-stack agentic AI ecosystem that powers EduVisor for admissions, TechVisor for IT service delivery, and AssisVisor for accessibility. These services extend beyond traditional chat interfaces to autonomous, task-oriented agents integrated with campus systems, workflows, and data. This poster session highlights our end-to-end approach that combines application development, integration architecture, and DevSecOps practices to support scalability, security, and governance. We will showcase how agentic workflows are designed, deployed, monitored, and continuously improved through automated pipelines, role-based access controls, and responsible AI frameworks. Attendees will gain insight into how Fresno State is operationalizing AI at scale by aligning technology, people, and processes to support student success, service delivery, and institutional effectiveness. We will share lessons learned, architectural patterns, and practical strategies for institutions seeking to move from experimental GenAI tools to sustainable, campus-wide AI infrastructure.
