EDUCAUSE Community Groups (CGs) are one of the easiest, most practical ways to solve day-to-day challenges, stay current on trends, and build connections across higher ed. But if you’re new to CGs or only have a few minutes a week, you may not know where to start. This lively session is your chance to learn the ropes of Community Groups alongside peers. You’ll get a clear overview of CGs and how they work, and discover why so many members rely on them to get ideas and crowdsource solutions from people who’ve been there. You’ll make at least one new connection and walk away with a practical next step for getting more out of CGs. If you want to learn how to use CGs to save time, solve problems, and tap into the collective brainpower of the EDUCAUSE community, this session is your launch point.
