The Diversity in IT Community Group Open House is an invitation to connect, learn, and shape the future of inclusive IT leadership in higher education. Whether you are new to the group, a long-time participant, or simply curious, this interactive session introduces the community’s purpose, priorities, and pathways for engagement. Participants will hear how the group supports professionals across roles and career stages, creates space for honest dialogue, and elevates practices that foster equity, inclusion, and belonging in IT organizations. The session will highlight current initiatives, opportunities for collaboration, and ways to get involved while centering community voices and shared learning.
