Design Your Leadership Toolkit and a Networking Map: An Actionable Roundtable Session
What does it really take to navigate current higher education challenges? How do we see through a glass ceiling that seems thicker and harder to crack? How can we connect, network, learn, and replenish, even though we face the enrollment cliff, shrinking budgets, less time, and scarce resources? These challenges amplify the multiple longitudinal surveys of the more than 2,100 EDUCAUSE Women in IT CG members. Results consistently indicate that Women in IT CG participants want information, ideas, resources, toolkits, and discussions on leadership to create community (local, regional, and international) while leaving space for life outside of work. All are welcome to join the Women in IT Community Group for a roundtable session to answer these questions. Participants will leave with a leadership toolkit, a networking map, and identified professional development goals. This session is open to everyone, including people who are women-identified, trans, and male-identified.
