Day 1 (September 29, 2026 I In-Person at EDUCAUSE Annual Conference, Denver): Engage in collaborative exercises, connect with peers, and build foundational leadership competencies.
Days 2-3 (October 6-7, 2026 | Online via Zoom): Apply insights from the in-person session, tackle real-world challenges, and strengthen your ability to lead across units and initiatives.
This intentionally hybrid format maximizes networking, reflection, and practical application, giving you the energy of in-person learning and the flexibility to translate strategy into action online.

Note: Participants who successfully complete this preconference workshop will be eligible to receive an EDUCAUSE microcredential. To earn this digital badge, you must complete a brief workshop evaluation and share two key learning outcomes from your experience.
