Fluent in Faculty: Trust, Culture, and Technology Adoption

Technology initiatives rarely stall because of the technology. They stall because of trust, which breaks the moment IT rolls out something in a language and rhythm faculty don't share. As a former history professor, this year's Rising Star spent years leading technology and AI adoption inside an arts institution, where cultural fluency did more to move adoption than any tool.
