Presentation
Most institutions have launched AI pilots, but few have cracked the code on scaling those experiments into sustainable institution-wide practice. This session shares how a single-tool AI pilot of fewer than 100 users evolved into an 850+ member, cross-campus community of practice and delivers a replicable three-pillar model for building sustainable, tool-agnostic AI adoption at any institution. Presenters from IT, teaching and learning, and human resource development walk through the infrastructure, strategies, and community architecture that made it possible, equipping attendees with concrete approaches and real artifacts to move from isolated pilots to campus-wide practice.
