Most institutional research offices still run as data vending machines: request goes in, report comes out. Come talk through what it takes to change that. This poster documents a governed self-service analytics environment where senior leaders use agentic AI tools to drive their own data-informed decisions, and traces how our campus got there: the governance groundwork, the change management approach, and the concrete steps that put analytics tools directly in leaders' hands.
