When we started HECVAT, we had no idea what we could do as a community! It’s been 10 years of working together, and we have helped the community develop around third-party risk management! In this session, we’ll discuss how we got here and get your input into developing plans for the next 10 years. What has gotten us here may not get us there. We need you and your ideas for what we can do to further improve assessing the security, privacy, IT accessibility, and other aspects for cloud services. We’ll talk about the AI section and how it’s being used, as well as how campuses are using AI to review HECVATs. We also want to hear your thoughts on which additional resources or documentation are needed and how they could be developed. We’ll go over other third-party risk management community activities and where we need you to get involved to build more resources for the community and the service providers that support us.
