The purpose of this session is to share how a community and technical college IT department leveraged the power of leasing and purchase-lease-back (PLB) pricing model to replace nearly 75% of outdated/out-of-warranty computers, while also managing a Windows 10-to-Windows 11 operating system implementation. It takes a village (IT, business office, VP of Finance, vendors, VARs, leasing company, stakeholders, and lots of patience) to make the investment worth it! Come learn how we leveraged a $1.2 Million project and received over $500K in PLB funds.
