How can institutions implement high-impact practices that simultaneously advance student success and accelerate AI innovation? This session highlights a scalable model that transforms a diverse cohort of students into a six-week AI development workforce producing real-world, campus-facing tools.
Grounded in experiential learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and project-based engagement, this approach demonstrates how students—regardless of technical background—can contribute to meaningful institutional outcomes.
