Mind the Gap: Bridging IT and Campus Units During System Overhauls

Major system changes can either unite or divide a campus, depending upon on how well collaboration and role clarity are managed. At Pittsburg State University, a cross-functional team including the Director of Human Resource Services, Director of Development, Functional Analyst, and the CIO will share how they developed a unique approach to bridge the gap between IT and campus units during complex technology transitions.
