This session will provide an overview of how one multi-campus university system IT organization strategically partnered closely with academic affairs and enrollment management leadership on a project to transition from four separate learning management system (LMS) environments to a single unified instance with the goals of enhancing equity, streamlining usability, and achieving scalability for all faculty and students. The presentation will include sharing the background, rationale, buy-in process, governance, planning, and implementation journey of this large-scale LMS transformation — from vision to action.
