This session will provide an overview of how one multicampus university system IT organization strategically partnered closely with academic affairs and enrollment management leadership on a project to transition from four separate learning management system (LMS) environments to a single, unified instance. The project's goals were to enhance equity, streamline usability, and achieve scalability for all faculty and students. The presentation will share the background, rationale, buy-in process, governance, planning, and implementation journey of this large-scale LMS transformation, from vision to action.
