Streamlining Educational Media: The Artificial Intelligence- Enhanced Workflow

Wednesday, September 30, 2026 | 4:30PM–5:30PM MT
Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
The poster session illustrates a user-friendly two-part plan that uses AI to speed up video editing. These tools, supported by the in-house instructional design team, enable faculty and students to use self-service processes. Attendees will discover how AI-enhanced audio can replace multiple manual steps with a single click, and how transcripts allow creators to assemble videos by searching text rather than scrubbing through timelines. These features meet the guidelines and standards set by the ADA Office, specifically Title II. By integrating these emerging technologies, institutions can support faculty more effectively and deliver consistent, high-quality content that enhances the student experience. At our institution, we have a decentralized approach that supports many different products. We evaluate these different types of tools and products that can be applied to various needs and production frameworks. Join us to learn how you can leverage existing tools and vet new ones to apply specialized AI tools to your own media production pipeline and turn technical hurdles into a seamless, collaborative process. The poster session will cover a step-by-step guide to implementing an AI-enhanced media workflow, from automated audio and video editing to streamlined accessibility reviews and distribution.
