Higher education is building research cybersecurity capabilities while the conditions around us--ranging from federal expectations and emerging technologies to AI, geopolitical pressures, and evolving research practices--continue to change. This facilitated discussion asks what we should build now to create durable institutional capacity, where we can find shared approaches that could allow us to weather the storm, and how we should prepare for challenges we cannot yet predict.
