Turning Early Alerts into Impact: A Coordinated, Data-Informed Model for Student Success

Thursday, October 01, 2026 | 9:30AM–10:30AM MT
Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
Institutions increasingly rely on early alerts and predictive analytics to support student success, but without clear ownership and coordinated workflows, alerts often fail to translate into meaningful action. This session presents a scalable, campaign-based model for converting academic alerts into completed interventions that improve persistence and demonstrate institutional impact .Using a campus case study, presenters will share how clearly defined alert ownership, role-routed outreach, and automated appointment campaigns reduced intervention friction, protected staff capacity, and led to measurable gains in student persistence. The session will also explore how persistence outcomes were translated into maintained tuition revenue to support strategic decision-making and leadership buy-in. Participants will leave with adaptable design principles to build alert-to-action systems that align teaching and learning goals with institutional strategy, whether they use Navigate360 or other student success platforms.
