Many colleges have invested heavily in dashboards and analytics to support evidence-based decision making, yet leaders often find that better access to data does not reliably translate into coordinated action or institutional improvement. Even when insights are clear, institutions may struggle to identify where underlying processes need to be redesigned or how to translate evidence into operational change. This session examines the gap between data distribution, interpretation, and execution, and presents a practical framework for connecting dashboards to governance, decision-making routines, and process redesign in institutional settings.
