Booth Information
Selection Process
- Initially, booths were offered to 2025 EDUCAUSE Annual Conference exhibitors and other corporations that purchased a conference opportunity based on member status and cumulative spend with EDUCAUSE over the past five years (sorted high to low for members).
- Next, current EDUCAUSE members were offered an opportunity to secure booth space.
- After members are offered booths, we extend offers to those on our waitlist in the order in which requests are received.
- Finally, if booths are still available, they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
EDUCAUSE members receive priority over nonmembers for booth selection and waitlist position. Learn more about EDUCAUSE Corporate Membership.
