EDUCAUSE 2023 primary logistics contacts are responsible for managing staff registration and housing for the event. Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing and Registration bureau for the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference.

Not the Logistics Contact?
If you’re not the logistics contact but will be working at your EDUCAUSE 2023 booth, you must reach out to your logistics contact to be added to your organization’s conference roster. From there, your colleague will send you a unique invitation to register.
If you’d like to attend the event for professional development or plan to purchase additional booth staff registrations, we recommend reaching out to your primary logistics contact to inform them of your interest before registering.

Registration Types, Inclusions, and Cancellations
Please note: It is highly recommended that attendees register as soon as possible and no later than September 22 to receive necessary event communications. Also, lunch will not be provided on-site for any registration type. There are concessions within the convention center and several local food outlets available nearby, and continued this year, exhibitors may serve food and beverages at your booth. Exhibiting companies receive a set amount of complimentary exhibitor registrations per 100 sq. feet of exhibit space (a 10’ x 10’ booth is 100 sq. ft). This registration type is recommended for anyone who will work at your organization’s booth and who will use one of your complimentary exhibitor registrations.
This registration type includes:
- Access to the exhibit hall during setup, preshow, show, and teardown hours
Exhibitor registration does not include:
- Access to any in-person conference sessions nor the online conference
Complimentary exhibitor registrations must be processed in advance, by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 5. Any exhibitor registrations completed after this date and time (including on-site registrations) will be charged $199, even if your allotment hasn’t been used. There are administrative costs to process registrations after October 5.

Complimentary exhibitor full-conference registrations are intended for your staff only and may not be shared with institutional clients or presenters.
This registration type includes:
- Access to the full conference in-person experience (education, networking, exhibits) Tuesday through Thursday
- Access to the online conference, October 18–19

Some sponsorship and presentation opportunities include complimentary full-conference registrations as part of package benefits. This registration type is recommended for anyone who would like to attend the event for professional development (i.e. access all event activities, including sessions and networking opportunities) and may be shared with your institutional clients or presenters.
This registration type includes:
- Access to the full conference in-person experience (education, networking, exhibits) Tuesday through Thursday
- Access to the online conference, October 18–19
If your purchased opportunity includes complimentary full-conference registrations:
- EDUCAUSE will send your organization’s primary logistics contact a confirmation email when an opportunity has been secured. Complimentary full-conference registrations will not display in your Maritz Registration Dashboard.*
- The confirmation email will include a promo code for you to share with applicable personnel. These promo codes can be used by your company’s personnel or you may share them with your institutional clients or presenters.
* Only your complimentary allotment of exhibitor and exhibitor full-conference registrations will display in your Maritz Registration Dashboard within your Exhibitor eConsole. Standard full-conference registrations will not.

Step-by-Step Guide for Exhibitor Registration and Housing
EDUCAUSE 2023 primary logistics contacts are responsible for managing staff registration and housing for the event.
If you are the logistics contact, you should have received an email from EDUCAUSE with a unique link and password to your company’s Exhibitor eConsole. There, you will find the Maritz Registration Dashboard.
Through the dashboard, you will:
- Determine who will staff your booth during the event.
- Determine which staff member(s) will receive your complimentary exhibitor and exhibitor full-conference registration(s). (This is separate from any complimentary full-conference registrations received as part of a purchased opportunity, which require the promo code provided in the original confirmation email from EDUCAUSE.)
- Upload your staff’s contact information.
- Invite staff to register for the event.*
* Each person must complete their own event registration from the Maritz invitation and will be prompted to login to or create an EDUCAUSE Profile before doing so. This includes staff working your booth, presenters, and/or those who wish to attend for professional development. Purchasing an opportunity does not automatically register anyone.
It is highly recommended that attendees register as soon as possible and no later than September 22 in order to receive necessary communications in advance of the event.

To check the status of your staff's registrations, log in to your Exhibitor eConsole at any time and select the Exhibitor Registration and Housing tile. If you have questions regarding registration or housing or if you experience system difficulties, please contact Maritz Global Events by email or call 864-641-6856.
Primary logistics contacts—planning to attend the event?
You will need to complete an event registration as well. Primary logistics contacts are not automatically registered.

Housing and Registration Advisory
Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing and Registration bureau for the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference.
Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitations to EDUCAUSE.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference. Individual cancellations received on or before September 14 are entitled to a full refund.* If you cancel after September 14, no refund will be issued. Your credit card used as a guarantee will be charged the balance due without prior notification
To request a cancellation for a paid exhibitor registration, please send an email to [email protected]. All other requests should be sent to [email protected].
* No refunds will be issued for the bulk package. Those who redeem a promo code purchased as part of this package may cancel, but a refund will not be issued. Recipients are encouraged to find another participant within their organization to redeem this promo code on their behalf. Bulk packages are only available through the Corporate Give-Back opportunity, which has restricted use by institutions only.
Please Note: Cancellation of your conference registration does not mean cancellation of your hotel reservation. You must cancel each separately. Registrations and hotel reservations canceled after certain dates are subject to processing or other fees.
