Participant List (Registration Attendee List)
Cannot be used for promotional purposes
- This list consists of those that opt-in during their registration process to share their information with other conference attendees.
- Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees to network with their peers.
- This list is not accessible after registration closes.
To access this list:
- If you are with an exhibiting company and are designated as your organization's primary logistics contact:
- Visit the Exhibitor Event Portal.
- Select the “Exhibitor Registration and Housing” tile under the Featured Links within the Exhibitor Hub, which will take you to your registration dashboard.
- On your dashboard, click the “Click Here to View Participant List” card to access the list.
- If you are an event registrant:
- Visit the registration platform.
- Sign in using the email address you registered with and your registration confirmation number.
- On your dashboard, click the “View Participant List” card to access the list.

Data may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose, especially mass email and telephone solicitation. EDUCAUSE prohibits the registration list to be used as a pre or post-conference lead sheet. Abuse of this list will result in prevention of further event involvement. Complimentary One-time Newsletter Promotion to Conference Registrants
Available to exhibitors only based on availability. Excludes companies participating in the Emerging Tech Experience.
EDUCAUSE (in conjunction with VIP Guest Invites, an IndustryConnect company) will create and send a series of newsletters to all in-person EDUCAUSE 2026 registrants that are focused solely on promoting our exhibiting companies.
This is a prime opportunity to familiarize your company with thousands of attendees leading up to EDUCAUSE 2026 and increase your booth traffic at this year's event.
Spots are limited to the first 105 companies and available first come, first served. Please stay tuned for details for submitting content for this opportunity.
Those registered for the 2026 EDUCAUSE Annual Conference will receive these newsletters between September 3 and September 25, 2026.
