Exhibitor Registration and Housing

EDUCAUSE 2022 primary logistics contacts are responsible for managing staff registration and housing for the event. Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing and Registration bureau for the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference.

Not the Logistics Contact?

If you're not the logistics contact but will be working at your EDUCAUSE 2022 booth, you must reach out to your logistics contact to be added to your organization's conference roster. From there, your colleague will send you a unique invitation to register.

If you'd like to attend the event for professional development or plan to purchase an "additional booth staff" registration, we recommend reaching out to your primary logistics contact to inform them of your interest before registering.

  • Visit registration and click the "REGISTER" button.

  • Sign in to your EDUCAUSE Profile.

  • Select the "Complimentary Booth Staff" or "I'm Not Sure" path. From there, you'll be presented with your contact.


Registration Types, Inclusions, and Cancellations

Please note: Lunch will not be provided on-site for any registration type. There are concessions within the convention center and several local food outlets available nearby, and new this year, exhibitors may serve food at your booth. Learn more about serving food and beverage at your booth.

Exhibiting companies receive five complimentary exhibitor registrations per 100 sq. feet of exhibit space (a 10’ x 10’ booth is 100 sq. ft).

This registration type includes:

  • Entrance into the exhibit hall during setup, preshow, show, and post-show hours
  • Access to refreshment breaks held in the exhibit area
  • Entrance to the Networking Reception in the exhibit hall on Wednesday evening

Exhibitor registration does not include:

  • Lunch
  • Access to any in-person conference sessions nor the online conference

Complimentary exhibitor registrations must be processed in advance, by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 20. Any exhibitor registrations completed after this date and time (including on-site registrations) will be charged $169, even if your allotment hasn’t been used. There are administrative costs to process registrations after October 20.

This registration type is recommended for anyone who will work at your organization’s booth, but will not use one of your complimentary registrations.

This registration type includes:

Through August 8, exhibitor registrations over your complimentary allotment will cost $129. After this date, the rates will continue to increase as we get closer to the show date.

Some sponsorship and presentation opportunities include complimentary full-conference registrations as part of package benefits, which can be used for either the online or both online and in-person experience (based on your purchased opportunity).

If your organization has secured an additional opportunity beyond your booth:

  • EDUCAUSE will send your organization's primary logistics contact a confirmation email when an opportunity has been secured.
  • The confirmation email will include a promo code for you to share with applicable personnel. These promo codes can be used by your company's personnel or you may share them with your institutional clients or presenters. (Only your complimentary allotment of exhibitor registrations will display in your Maritz Registration Dashboard. Full-conference registrations will not.)

Registration Cancellations

Individual cancellations* received on or before September 29 are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel after September 29, no refund will be issued. Your credit card used as a guarantee will be charged the balance due without prior notification.

To request a cancellation for a paid exhibitor registration, please send an email to [email protected].

* No refunds will be issued for the bulk package. Those who redeem a promo code purchased as part of this package may cancel, but a refund will not be issued. Recipients are encouraged to find another participant within their organization to redeem this promo code on their behalf. Bulk packages are only available through the Corporate Give-Back opportunity, which has restricted use by institutions only.

Please Note: Cancellation of your conference registration does not mean cancellation of your hotel reservation. You must cancel each separately. Registrations and hotel reservations canceled after certain dates are subject to processing or other fees.


Step-by-Step Guide for Exhibitor Registration and Housing

EDUCAUSE 2022 primary logistics contacts are responsible for managing staff registration and housing for the event.

If you are the logistics contact, you should have received an email from EDUCAUSE with a unique link and password to your company’s Exhibitor eConsole. There, you will find the Maritz Registration Dashboard.

Through your dashboard, you will:

  • Determine who will staff your booth during the event.
  • Upload your staff’s contact information.
  • Invite staff to register for the event.*

* Each person must complete their own event registration from the Maritz invitation and will be prompted to login to or create an EDUCAUSE Profile before doing so. This includes staff working your booth, presenters, and/or those who wish to attend for professional development. Purchasing an opportunity does not automatically register anyone.

It is highly recommended that attendees register as soon as possible and no later than September 23 in order to receive necessary communications in advance of the event.

To check the status of your staff's registrations, log in to your Exhibitor eConsole at any time and select the Exhibitor Registration and Housing tile. Housing and Registration Advisory

Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing and Registration bureau for the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference.

Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitations to EDUCAUSE.
