Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Learn and Design Lab
Join us for an interactive design session exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be leveraged to shape the learning process. This session will delve into how institutions can develop policies that foster responsible AI use, and will consider governance, operations, and pedagogy. We'll focus on how AI tools can enhance teaching, learning, and administration while addressing concerns around equitable access, algorithmic biases, and ethical implementation. The presentation highlights key insights from the WCET AI Education Policy and Practice Ecosystem Framework and sets the stage for collaborating with peers to draft initial plans for the ethical use of AI at their institutions.
