EDUCAUSE Annual Conference Partner Package Available to EDUCAUSE Members Only | $22,000 Sold
The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference Partner Package is our highest-level event package for companies that are seeking to get the most out of their experience at this year's event.
This package is limited, and includes the opportunity to select an in-person presentation, Lunch and Learn session, or attendee badge sponsorship.
Partnering companies unlock better brand exposure, complimentary full conference registrations, ad retargeting benefits, and more.
You can choose either an in-person presentation or panel session, Lunch and Learn session, or attendee badge sponsorship.
In-Person Conference Presentation or Panel Session
Conduct a 45-minute presentation at the in-person event (September 29–October 2), putting forward your best thought leadership.
Your presentation must be educational in nature and conducted with at least one presenter from a higher education institution (you may have a maximum of four presenters for this session type), or you may conduct a panel session with up to four presenters plus one moderator (a total of five).

Lunch and Learn Session
Host a 75-minute lunch for up to 80 attendees at the Colorado Convention Center and make the time your own! For example, you can invite a guest speaker to share their thought leadership on a related topic or informally network.
EDUCAUSE will provide space and a recommended diagram, and will promote your Lunch and Learn in the EDUCAUSE 2026 agenda and other marketing efforts.
Your company will provide an online registration link for attendees to sign up for your Lunch and Learn.
Your company will work with the convention center on room set, food and beverage, AV and other additional related expenses.
Attendee Badge Sponsorship
Add your company logo and booth number to attendee name badges. Your logo will also be included on name badge lanyards with the EDUCAUSE logo.

You can choose either an online presentation or an in-person sponsorship opportunity.
Online Live Presentation
Conduct a 40-minute live session during the online conference (October 14–15), putting forward your best thought leadership.
Your presentation must be educational in nature and conducted with at least one presenter from a higher education institution or via a panel of up to four presenters.
While watching the sessions, attendees can submit questions that presenters will have the opportunity to answer at the end of the session during a dedicated Q&A.
