Single-Day registration is available for Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday only. (You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined. If you attend the conference for more than one day, you must purchase a full conference registration.)

Exhibitor Badge Allotment
*Complimentary exhibitor registrations must be processed by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 21, 2021. Any exhibitor registrations completed after this date and time (including on-site registrations) will be charged the $119 registration rate, even if your allotment hasn’t been used. This includes additional exhibitor badges beyond the complimentary number. (To help cover administrative contact, registrations after this deadline are $119 each.)
Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference. Individual cancellations received on or before September 30 are entitled to a full refund*. No full refund will be provided for cancellations after September 30, however those who are unable to travel may choose to have their in-person experience refunded, which would still provide full access to the online conference. *No refunds will be issued for the bulk package. Those who redeem a promo code purchased as part of this package may cancel, but a refund will not be issued. Recipients are encouraged to find another participant within their institution or corporation to redeem this promo code on their behalf.

The 2021 Hawkins Leadership Roundtable will be delivered online in a cohort-based model, culminating in a networking luncheon (at no additional cost) for those attending the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference in Philadelphia.
