In-Person Thought-Leadership Opportunities | Available to EDUCAUSE Conference Partners
45-Minute In-Person Industry Insights Presentation | 30 Available
Conduct a 45-minute presentation, putting forward your best thought leadership.
Your presentation must be educational in nature and conducted with at least one presenter from a higher education institution or via a diverse panel of up to four presenters plus one moderator (a total of five).
Program tracks and areas of focus include:

75-minute In-Person Lunch and Learn Session | Tuesday (4 Available) | Wednesday (4 Available)
Host a 75-minute lunch for up to 50 attendees at the convention center and make the time your own! For example, you can invite a guest speaker to share their thought leadership on a related topic or informally network.
EDUCAUSE will provide space and a recommended diagram, and will promote your Lunch and Learn in the EDUCAUSE 2024 agenda and other marketing efforts.
Your company will provide an online registration link for attendees to sign up for your Lunch and Learn.
Your company will work with the convention center on room set, food and beverage, AV and other additional related expenses.
Online Thought-Leadership Opportunities | Available to EDUCAUSE Conference Supporters
40-Minute Online Live Session | 6 Available
Conduct a 40-minute live session during the online conference (November 13–14) on a conference program track/area of focus. While watching the sessions, attendees can submit questions that presenters will have the opportunity to answer at the end of the session during a dedicated Q&A.
Your presentation must be educational in nature and conducted with at least one presenter from a higher education institution or via a diverse panel of up to four presenters.
20-Minute Facilitated Playback/Simulive Session | 6 Available
Conduct a 20-minute pre-recorded session on a conference program track/area of focus. Simulive sessions will run at a scheduled time during the online conference (November 13–14), and offer presenters the opportunity to actively engage in the chat with attendees throughout the session.
Your presentation must be educational in nature and conducted with at least one presenter from a higher education institution (two presenters max).

Braindate (Two Opportunities)

Braindates are one-on-one or small-group knowledge-sharing conversations that you book with attendees using the Braindate platform. They're the best way to meet with, learn from, and have useful discussions with new people during the event.

Young Professionals Experience
Align with the Young Professionals Experience to build relationships with the next generation of higher education technology leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to support and meet with emerging leaders, and present at their exclusive meeting place during the conference. The room will include some concurrent session programming, light refreshments, and a reception.

- Signage in the Young Professionals Hub including a company logo and text recognition in the daily agenda.
- Inclusion in the Young Professionals Advisory Committee “daily stand-ups” with an opportunity to address the audience.
- Opportunity to share a 5-minute welcome introduction during the Young Professionals evening happy hour hosted in the Young Professionals Hub.

Reception in the EDUCAUSE Commons (aka Exhibit Hall) l For Exhibiting Companies Only
Sponsoring this heavily promoted and popular Tuesday event makes your company stand out in the EDUCAUSE Commons. Attendees must visit sponsor booths and scan their name badge to be entered into a drawing to win a prize (provided by EDUCAUSE).
Benefits include:
- Sponsor recognition in promotional emails highlighting the reception

Sponsors will design, produce, and ship branded items. Items must be reviewed and approved by EDUCAUSE.
Poster Sessions
Campus posters will be displayed in the EDUCAUSE Commons, where attendees can have one-on-one discussions with frontline campus innovators and staff members.

- A poster space for two days within one neighborhood of your choice: Enterprise Strategy, Infrastructure, and Support, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Risk Management, or Teaching and Learning (staffed during poster session hours)

Name Badges Sold
Add your company logo and booth number to attendee name badges that will be distributed at the conference (in addition to EDUCAUSE content). Your logo will also be included on name badge lanyards with the EDUCAUSE logo.
Registration
Get in front of registrants early by adding a graphic to the EDUCAUSE 2024 registration platform. Your company logo will also be included on onsite signage within the main registration area and on kiosks in satellite registration areas.
Mobile App Sold
The EDUCAUSE Events mobile app is the go-to guide for everything attendees need to navigate the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference. Add a graphic and tile with details and offerings from your company on the main page of the app, and also receive two sponsor-recognized push notifications during the event.
