Building an Inclusive Student Workforce Pipeline in Higher Education IT: Strategies and Impact

A large, high-functioning student workforce can be transformational to a higher education IT organization. That doesn’t mean it just happens. We will go through what we have done at UMBC and UNLV to create a supportive and diverse environment where students are embedded throughout every part of the IT organization, and how that benefits the students, the staff, and the institution and helps build a pipeline for the next generation of IT workers.
