Tuesday, October 22, 2024 | 1:45PM–2:30PM CT | Meeting Room 220, Cantilever, Second Level
Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Presentation/Panel Session
Let us help you find your voice in EDUCAUSE! EDUCAUSE has multiple communities, events, and opportunities for everyone to have a voice, but navigating the diverse options can be a challenge if you are new to the community. This session will lay out multiple opportunities that exist within EDUCAUSE for you to find avenues to share your perspective and voice while giving back to your colleagues. We will discuss how to get involved with different EDUCAUSE outlets such as conferences, Community Groups, advisory and other committees, EDUCAUSE Review, mentoring, QuickTalks, webinars, working groups, EDUCAUSE Institute, EDUCAUSE research podcasts, and more. Learn how participating in EDUCAUSE can support your work and your career development, and why getting involved can be beneficial to both you and your peers. Everyone can find and contribute their voice to the EDUCAUSE community.
