In today's rapidly evolving job market, the intersection of technology and talent acquisition strategy is pivotal in shaping institutional success. This session will explore how Harvard University, in partnership with LinkedIn, has successfully transitioned toward an optimized talent acquisition model to better meet the demands of the Future of Work. Our discussion will focus on the transformative journey taken by Harvard University’s Human Resources team one year ago, which is helping improve operational efficiencies and increase the quality and diversity of applicants. Further, this session will explore the key role of technology in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, particularly LinkedIn Hiring Solutions, and how such has enabled this transformation. Learn how leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered, modernized technology have empowered Harvard to refine recruitment processes, redefine its talent brand, better align its team members and efforts alongside the Future of Work, and respond dynamically to evolving market demands, and fine-tuned candidate preferences.
