The New School's Innovation Center stands at the forefront of educational transformation, where its AI, XR, and Quantum Labs serve as catalysts for academic and creative advancement. This session explores how these labs fundamentally redefine both curricular and extracurricular learning landscapes. Our AI Lab pioneered the incorporation of generative AI in both creative and ethical dimensions, significantly influencing faculty and student projects. The XR Lab has transformed educational methodologies through immersive technologies, enhancing learning through dynamic exhibitions and practical involvement. The Quantum Lab merges quantum computing with artistic disciplines, culminating in initiatives like the Quantum Design Jam and the Quantum Art Exhibition that have set new standards in interdisciplinary education. These labs collectively foster a robust culture of innovation, engaging students and faculty in practical solution-building and preparing them for future challenges. Our newly designed space, featuring a social hub and integrated labs, underlines our commitment to pushing educational boundaries and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
