This presentation will outline new federal regulations that the GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule added in 2023, as well as our colleges' approach to addressing them. We will discuss data classification, network segmentation, user account audits, risk assessment, and annual security reporting to the board. This presentation will conclude with the results of our compliance audit and takeaways.
