Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
The pandemic taught us lessons in how to pivot, move with agility, and adapt to new modes of remote and hybrid work. It also taught us how steep the learning curve can be for institutions not ready for change. This session explores the intersection of lessons learned, challenges in diverse teams, hybrid work, and AI-augmented labor. Integrating these into higher ed will require a unique set of leadership skills. How will you navigate the “new normal” to lead successful teams in the next workforce?
