This panel explores multiple effective approaches toward building programs for student interns or employees that both enhance their educational experience and create opportunities to learn and work alongside professional staff in IT and library-related fields. Panelists will share case studies of students working as consultants on media production projects, developing online learning materials to support writing instruction, and exploring careers in IT in summer internship programs. Panelists will also facilitate a conversation for attendees to consider opportunities, challenges, and practical advice for building their own programs.
