We’ll dig into pressing issues for higher ed professionals, sharing our perspectives from five diverse institutions and roles. Expect to learn about creative strategies for employee professional development regardless of budget, strategies for being your own advocate and for advocating for your team, how to lead from where you are in the organization, and a discussion of generational trends and how to manage them in the workforce. During this panel discussion, you’ll hear from small community colleges, large state institutions, and everything in between from the perspective of cybersecurity, IT leadership, and teaching and learning.
