In an era when educational technology is evolving rapidly, student voices that inform decision-making are paramount. This session will highlight Penn State’s success with STAR (Student Technology Advisory Representatives), a diverse group that actively contributes to shaping the future of instructional technologies. Session attendees will engage in interactive activities to learn how to ground efforts in foundational principles, recruit diverse student representatives, foster productive interactions for institutional and student enrichment, and draft a proposal for their own institution.
