Additional Details and Next Steps
- Submit your presenter’s information by October 4 to be added to the conference agenda.
- Your presenters will need to create an EDUCAUSE Profile. And if they would like their photo display in the agenda listing, they will need to add a photo to their EDUCAUSE Profile.
- Each topic neighborhood “Central” (where you are exhibiting) has its own mini theater. This is where you will be presenting.
- During your presentation, please focus your content around these three questions:
- What does your company’s product or service do?
- How does your product or service benefit higher education?
- What makes your product or service innovative, new, or different from products or services currently on the market?
- This is a presentation, not a demo. You can direct attendees to come visit you at your booth if they would like to see a demo of your product or solution.
- Each presenter has 10 minutes to present and for Q&A. If the Q&A is active, we will let it continue, but we will need to keep your session to roughly 10-minutes so that we can stay on track with time.
- Presenters will flow one right after the other. To keep the transitions smooth, all of the slide decks will be compiled into one deck per session slot. This singular slide deck will be uploaded to the platform that will be used onsite for presentations.
- You are welcome to use our EDUCAUSE 2024 Slides or you may use your own. If you elect to use your own, please submit them to us as a pptx file.
- Please email your finalized slide deck to Danielle Bailey no later than October 16, 2024.
