Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Experience
We encourage everyone who plans to attend EDUCAUSE 2026 to register as soon as possible and no later than September 11 to receive necessary event communications in advance.
Complimentary exhibitor registrations must be processed in advance, by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 24. Any exhibitor registrations completed after this date and time (including on-site registrations) will be charged $299, even if your allotment hasn’t been used. There are administrative costs to process registrations after September 24. Learn more about exhibitor registration and housing.
Exhibitor staff registration includes access to refreshment breaks in the EDUCAUSE Commons and entrance to the Reception on Wednesday evening. Complimentary lunch is not provided for any registration type. Concessions will be available in the EDUCAUSE Commons, and several local food outlets are available nearby.
Participating at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference is a big deal! This is your chance to build long-lasting relationships with customers who are eager for your solutions.
Remember, most attendees are more concerned with assessing your products and solutions rather than purchasing on site. This is your opportunity to audition for their business, which is a critical touchpoint for future collaboration.

For exhibitors, we recommend scheduling one staff member to remain at your booth to engage with those browsing the exhibits during this time, while other staff mingle.

Getting Started
EDUCAUSE trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, and any other identifying marks or insignia (collectively "EDUCAUSE's Trademark") should only be used in a manner that follows these incorporated guidelines to maintain brand integrity:
- EDUCAUSE trademarks should not be used on a heavily textured, colored, or patterned background.
- Keep the trademarks separate from other elements within the design space by maintaining a measure of white space around it, regardless of the medium.
- EDUCAUSE should be written in all uppercase and any copy should not imply that EDUCAUSE endorses your company's presence at our events or its products and services.
