Attendee Details and Promotions

There are three ways to get to know who will be coming to EDUCAUSE 2024 and connect with those interested in hearing from our corporate community:

Participant List (Registration Attendee List)

(Cannot be used for promotional purposes)

  • This list consists of those that opt-in during their registration process to share their information with other conference attendees.
  • Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees to network with their peers.

To access this list:

  • Event primary logistics contacts:
    • Visit the Exhibitor Event Portal.
    • Select the “Exhibitor and Registration” tile within the Exhibitor Hub, which will take you to your registration dashboard.
    • On your dashboard, click the “View Participant List” card to access the list.
  • Event registrants:
    • Visit the registration platform.
    • Sign in using the email address you registered with and your registration confirmation number.
    • On your dashboard, click the “View Participant List” card to access the list.

Data may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose, especially mass email and telephone solicitation. EDUCAUSE prohibits the registration list to be used as a pre or post-conference lead sheet. Abuse of this list will result in prevention of further event involvement. Recent Update

NEW: Complimentary One-time Newsletter Promotion to Conference Registrants

(Available to exhibitors only based on availability; excludes companies participating in the Emerging Tech Experience)

New this year! EDUCAUSE (in conjunction with VIP Guest Invites, an IndustryConnect company) will create and send a series of newsletters to all in-person EDUCAUSE 2024 registrants that are focused solely on promoting our exhibiting companies.

This is a prime opportunity to familiarize your company with thousands of attendees leading up to EDUCAUSE 2024 and increase your booth traffic at this year's event.

Spots are limited to the first 105 companies and available first come, first served. To reserve your space within one of seven newsletters:

  • Submit your company logo, company name, and three sentence description of your company and/or booth to VIP Guest Invites by Friday, September 13. Submit your content.*
  • EDUCAUSE and VIP Guest Invites will slot your company within one of seven newsletters that will be sent to all in-person registrants leading up to the conference.

Amplify your conference participation with Snöball—an easy-to-use digital marketing toolkit. After you've completed your conference registration, you will be presented with pre-written content that you can easily repost to your preferred social media channels to generate excitement for this year's event!
